Tein nopean viikonloppuvisiitin New Yorkiin ja löysin aivan ihanan paperikaupan!!! Heillä oli paljon meiltäkin Papershopista löydettäviä kortteja mutta myös ihania omia malleja. Last Sunday I visited the most cutest (after us of course)  paper shop in West Village, NY.  I saw lot´s of goodies that even we have for sale but also discovered their own line. Very cute!!! If you´re in NYC, go and visit the place at 39 Christopher St (between 6th and 7th Ave).

Tilasin hiljattain tälläiset herkut itselleni ja pikkuneidille Bloesem Kidsin alennusmyynnistä. Olin jo kerennyt unohtamaan koko tilauksen ja ihmettelin kun postissa odotti paketti Malesiasta. Mikä ihana sadepäivän piristys flunssaiselle pikkuneidille sekä mamalle myös!


Yesterday we went to the post office to pick up a package. I had totally forgot that I had recently ordered this cuties from Bloesem Kids sale. Both me and little Miss went beyond the excitement when we realized what´s in the box!

Jälleen kerran olen lumoutunut Anthropologien ikkunasomisteista. Aivan mieletön installaatio. Pääsisipä joskus heidän studiolleen katselemaan ja kuulemaan mistä he ammentavat inspiraationsa.

Once again I´m stunned over Anthropologies window decorations. I wish I could visit their studio someday and hear where the inspiration comes from...

Letter From Overseas

Saimme viime viikolla ihanan kirjeen postin mukana. Lähettäjä oli Australialainen suunnittelija, joka oli käynyt Suomessa häissä ja nähnyt meistä jutun Blue 1 Dream -lehdessä. Kuoren sisällä oli kirjoituskoneella kirjoitettu viesti, jossa hän tarjosi tuotteitaan meille myyntiin. Kirje valloitti meidän sydämet. Mikä ihanan sympaattinen posti kaikkien laskujen lomassa. Kirje muistutti, kuinka ihanaa on saada vanhanaikaista postia ja kuinka paljon persoonallisempaa se onkaan kuin mailin lähettäminen. Postitin itsekin heti muutaman kortin!

Last week we received the most wonderful letter all the way from Australia. A lovely letter typed with an old fashioned typewriter. How cute is that!!! Needless to say we fell in love. The letter reminded me how important it is to send letters and cards. Personally written letter is so warm and unique and brings smile on your face. I will try to get even better in this and start sending more cards instead of emails.

Spring in Boston

Magnolia puut puhkesivat Bostonissa kukkaan tällä viikolla. Niin kaunista. Harmi etteivät kuki koko kesää... Iloista viikonloppua!

The Magnolias are blooming here in Boston. They are by far the prettiest trees I know. I wish I would have my own garden full of Magnolia trees.

Easter Window Decoration

These pretty Easter eggsa are made of japanese washi paper by a friend of ours. We think they are so pretty that we decorated our window with them.  You can even find them for sale in our shop.
